Return Policy
At HBYTALA, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our cosmetics and skincare. Because of this, we do not offer monetary refunds. We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit (Loyalty Points) for eligible returns.
1. The 7-Day Rule
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. After 7 days, we cannot accept any returns.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unopened and unused with the safety seal perfectly intact.
In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: If a product has been opened or swatched, it is no longer eligible for exchange due to health regulations.
3. Shipping & Fees
Delivery Charge: A flat fee of $5 applies to all return/exchange packages to cover logistics.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@hbytala.com immediately. we will evaluate the issue and send a replacement right away at no extra cost to you.
5. Resolution Options
Once we receive and inspect your item, you may choose:
Product Exchange: Swap for a different product (any price difference must be covered).
